Refund policy

We hope our products will meet, if not exceed, your expectations. We want you to love your items, but if you are not completely happy, we'll gladly take returnable items in an unused condition, in original packaging back within 14 days of delivery. For Change Of Mind refund, there is a 50USD handling/re-stocking fee applies. Handling/re-stocking fee is not applicable for damaged/faulty items returned or change of mind exchange.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable with the exception of damaged or defective merchandise. Orders cancelled after processing will be subject to Standard Return Policy.

Assembled products
Items without original packaging or used items
Final sale items
If you are returning an item, please keep all original packaging. We cannot accept returns without the original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@mesasillausa.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
For Change Of Mind refund, there is a 50 USD handling/re-stocking fee applies. Handling/re-stocking fee is not applicable for damaged/faulty items returned or change of mind exchange. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
